1. What We Collect
When you purchase access to AI Ideas DB, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card details.
When you use the Idea Validator, we process the idea text you submit to generate scores. We do not store your ideas unless you create an account and explicitly save them.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To grant and manage your lifetime access to the database
- To send you email updates about new ideas (only if you opt in)
- To improve the product — we analyze aggregate usage patterns, never individual data
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention)
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a PCI-compliant Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT/GST collection and remittance globally. Your payment details are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth) and to remember your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third-party services that process data on our behalf are:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and tax remittance
- DeepSeek — AI scoring engine for the Idea Validator (no personal data sent)
6. Data Retention
We retain your email and purchase records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Purchase records required for tax compliance are retained for the legally mandated period.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Export your data in a portable format
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row-Level Security, and secure cookie handling. Payment data is tokenized by Lemon Squeezy and never touches our servers.
