Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing AI Ideas DB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Ideas DB provides a database of validated AI business ideas, including market research, competitor analysis, keyword data, and build guidance. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes.

3. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the AI Ideas DB product. You receive unlimited access to the current idea database plus all future ideas added while the product is actively maintained. Lifetime access does not mean the product will exist forever — if the service is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days notice and a data export option.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices may increase as purchase spots fill (tiered pricing model). Your price is locked at the time of purchase — future price increases do not affect you.

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

5. Intellectual Property

The idea database, scoring methodology, website content, and all original material are owned by AI Ideas DB. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish the idea database or its contents.

The business ideas themselves are not owned by us — you are free to build any business based on the ideas you discover through our Service.

6. No Guarantee of Results

AI Ideas DB provides research and analysis to help you make informed decisions. We do not guarantee that any particular idea will be profitable, that you will find customers, or that you will achieve any specific business outcome. Building a business involves inherent risk. Do your own due diligence.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account or redistributing paid content to non-purchasers is prohibited and may result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Ideas DB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Lemon Squeezy for payments, Supabase for authentication). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
